APGA is in a serious political quagmire as two separate courts today sacked both Ozo Victor Ike Oye and Edozie Njoku as APGA national chairmen.

At Delta state, the High Court, Kwale Division which ordered APGA not to conduct the national convention of May 31, nullified the convention and sacked Oye alongside all members of NWC elected with him.

Delivering Judgement, Justice Vincent Ofesi declared null and void the NEC meeting of May 14 and all other subsequent actions as a result of the said meeting.

While Umeh's faction was rejoicing over the sack of Oye, another court at Abuja sacked chief Edozie Njoku.

Ozo Ike Oye this afternoon obtained an interim  injunction from the FCT high court Abuja stopping Chief Edozie Njoku from parading himself as the national chairman of APGA pending the determination of the suit before the court.

With these two court decisions today, APGA has no leadership at present.

AIF Media will give you details shortly...
