APGA has no National Chairman presently.

APGA has no National Chairman presently.

While they were at Awka protesting against Umeh, the gallant Ibobo was at Delta high court where his men got a judgement that sacked Oye.

Ozo Victor Ike Oye can not parade himself as APGA national chairman except the judgement of Delta state high court that nullified the convention of May 31, 2019 is appealed and judgement given in his favour which is a long journey.

In the order hand, Chief Edozie Njoku can not also parade himself as APGA national chairman except the interim injunction of the FCT high court Abuja is vacated.

Most importantly, the judgement of the Delta state high court Kwale did not recognise Chief Edozie Njoku as the national chairman of APGA. It only sacked Oye, so Edozie Njoku can not benefit from that judgement.

Again, the interim injunction of the FCT high court did not also ask Oye to parade himself as the national chairman of APGA, it only stopped Chief Edozie Njoku from parading himself.

The Oyo state high court only asked APGA to hold her May 31 national convention which has now been nullified by Delta state high court.

In all, APGA has no national leadership. The party's NEC should quickly meet and appoint interim executive.

Gov Obiano should be bold to use this window of vacuum in APGA leadership to force Oye to refund all the aspirants he duped and hand him over to EFCC for prosecution.

Bishop Ikeakor Flays State Governors Over Rising Debt Profile By Emeka Odogwu The Anglican Bishop of Amichi diocese, Most Revd Ephraim Ikeakor has raised alarm over the rising debt profile in Nigeria. Ikeakor noted that the nation's debt profile which has risen to N24.39 trillion as at December 31, 2018 is shameful, attributing such to lack of focus of the state governors, especially from the south east. The prelate stated this at Cathedral church of St  Andrews, Amichi in Nnewi south local government Area of Anambra state during press conference and facility inspection as part of activities marking the second session of the fourth synod of the diocese. Ikeakor noted that no debt profile by any Governor was justifiable, stating that the internally generated revenue of the states is enough to clear all debts and still take care of other aspects of governance. "But our problem is that we lack prudent management of resources in governance.  We don't have governors...
