Victor Oye wants me dead, he is a con man, a serial blackmailer who came to sow seed of division in APGA, but I will see him off - Victor Umeh.
...Refund those you duped for the sake of your soul if you have any - Umeh blasts Oye

AIF Media

In what appears to be a direct media war between Ozonkpu Victor Oye, the factional national chairman of APGA and Chief Senator Victor Umeh, the former national chairman of the party over the leaked email sent to gov Obiano before the May 31 APGA national convention at Awka, Umeh in his reply to Oye accused him of wanting him dead.

In a personal reply posted on the social media, Umeh said Victor Oye is a con man, a serial blackmailer who recklessly defrauded vulnerable party members and promised to see Oye off as APGA national chairman.

Senator Umeh went ahead to accuse Oye of operating a pseudo account on social media to attack him with the fake name BEN OKAFOR.

Umeh challenged Oye to come with any evidence that he duped APGA aspirants during his tenure as the national chairman.

Umeh was replying to Oye's attack on him after AIF Media published the leaked email to gov Obiano. Oye in his reply said Umeh did worst than him during his tenure.

The reply from Umeh to Oye is deep, expository and direct. Here is the reply unedited.

AIF Media

"Ozonkpu Victor Oye alias Ben Okafor, I have read your fabrications and feel terribly for your delusion. I am never in your warped mold! You came to APGA and immediately became Chairman on the 6th Of June, 2015.

"In your Acceptance Speech, you announced that God has now come into APGA and that it will no longer be BUSINESS AS USUAL! You promised that APGA shall produce TEN Governors in 2019 General Elections! It was immediately obvious that you have come to sow seed of Division in the Party you did not know anything about.

"Reading through your Fiction, it is obvious that you are a Serial Blackmailer and a con man. You recklessly defrauded Vulnerable Party Members who hoped that you will deliver the Assurances you gave to them but failed. Is this the promised No Business as Usual?

"Your Victims have Written Statements Of how you duped them and I forwarded them to you! Can you publish any Written Statement from anybody who claimed that I duped him in my 10 years of Service to APGA as Chairman? I worked very hard with my Colleagues and stabilized APGA before you arrived to enrich yourself!

"After defrauding people, you became afraid of your Shadow and started moving around with masked DSS Operatives! Let me remind you that I never used any DSS Operative throughout my Tenure as APGA Chairman not to talk of masked Security Officials. Comparing my Tenure as Chairman Of APGA  with yours is like comparing Night and Day. My Leadership saw the Party through difficult times and produced Three Governors and  Many National Assembly and State Assembly Lawmakers from nothing in Three General Elections! Our Fourth Governorship Victory In Abia was openly stolen in 2015!

"On your Claim of raising N1.3b from Sale Of Forms, I pity your deception! When you imposed outrageous N40,000 Fee for the Four Categories Of Delegate Forms, I complained but I was brushed aside. In the end, you collected over N600m from IMO State alone and couldn’t conduct any Delegate Congress nor Party Primaries! It was the same in Abia and Anambra States! Yet, you collected more money for yourself than the Party got from Sale Of Forms. May I inform you that Political Party is not a Profit making Organization!

"In 2015, we realized about N600m from Sale Of Forms and paid 25% of the Proceeds to the States that generated the Income. How much did you pay to the States that generated your N1.3b? On your Agbaso Challenge, the Governor and all the Dramatis Personae will pity you on reading your Story. The Governor did not pay me a Penny and I was the One that untangled the Party from the Judicial Logjam! From what you have showcased, your Colleagues were actually right in moving against you but we believed that it was too early in your Tenure and that you should be given a Chance!

"You used your Story that I sponsored your Attempted Removal to deceive the Governor and tried to soil my Relationship with him! When Ozo Nwabueze Okafor died, you prophesied that I will follow suit as your enemies will die one by one, but here I am living to your bewilderment! I can’t reply you on the other Issues in APGA which are Older than your Membership in the Party as that will be waste of time.

"Let me assure you that we must see you off, for APGA to rebound! For those who have come forward to make public, the monies you have stolen from them, I advise you to quickly Refund them for the sake of your soul if you have any!

"I will get a better time to give you a detailed Response.

Senator Dr Victor Umeh, OFR."
