Flash: FCT HIGH COURT ANULLS APGA CONGRESSES; STOPS NATIONAL

A High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja presided over by Hon. Justice O. A. Musa has annul APGA CONGRESSES purportedly held across the country and restrained the party from going ahead with a national convention called by embattled National Chairman Victor Oye scheduled for tomorrow the 31th of May 2019 at the Dora Akunyili Women Development Center Awka.

In an application for injunctive orders brought by Nze Kennedy Anunobi and 12 others against the All Progressives Grand Alliance and 2 others, the court granted the orders of as prayed by the Claimants /Applicants and warned parties to maintain the status quo pending the hearing and determination of the motion on notice.
